To Return or Exchange Items Purchased on oofossa.co.za
Items Purchased on oofossa.co.za that need to be returned or exchanged, please contact our Customer Service team. We will provide instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount to be refunded will be deposited into your preferred banking account.
Goods need to be returned in their original packaging.
All refunds for online orders will carry an Administration Fee of 10% (on retail price). This will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
At time of purchase all standard delivery courier costs are free. The courier costs for any refunds or exchanges of product will be for the customer’s account.
